THE SKYBOX 

 

Fine dining connoisseurs are familiar with Chef Oliver Bellerose's renowned seasonal cuisine served amidst his restaurant’s contemporary décor and striking neo-classical architecture. However, only a privileged few have savored his cuisine in an equally wonderful but even more exclusive spot: Chef Boulud’s private inner sanctum known as “The Skybox". The glass-enclosed dining salon, suspended above the 1,800 square foot state of the art kitchen, is lined with comfortable banquettes. Up to four guests can enjoy the unique vantage point of the chopping, sautéeing, grilling, searing and saucing as Chef Oliver Bellerose’s team of over 40 cooks prepare dinner for New York’s most discerning gourmets.
